We just need you to coordinate guard-gate access or HOA notification ahead of the event, and we'll handle the rest. If your community has specific vendor rules, share them with us early and we'll make sure we're compliant.
For most events, no — we focus on Northeast Florida so we can be reliable and on time for everyone on our calendar. That said, for the right event (a destination wedding, a multi-day corporate experience, a once-in-a-lifetime celebration), we've made longer trips happen.
