Fizzy Fixins, LLC is a mobile dirty soda truck based in St. Augustine, Florida, serving events across Northeast Florida. This policy covers our website, fizzyfixins.com. You can reach us anytime at hello@fizzyfixins.com or (904) 297-8122.

Booking requests: when you fill out our event form, we collect your name, email, phone number, and the event details you share (type, date, location, guest count, notes). We use it to reply with a quote and plan your event.

Survey & coupon: if you answer our short visitor survey, we collect your answers, and — only if you choose to receive the coupon — your email address, which we use to send that one coupon email. We keep a record of which email addresses have claimed a coupon so each person gets one.

Messages: if you email, call, or text us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.

When you visit the site or submit a form, we also collect:

• Device & browser basics — device type (phone, tablet, computer), operating system, screen size, language, and time zone.
• IP address and approximate location — the city/region your internet connection appears to come from. This is estimated from your IP address by our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We never ask your browser for your precise GPS location.
• How you found us — the site or ad that linked you here, the page you landed on, and ad campaign tags in the link (like utm_source).
• Site usage — pages viewed and general interaction events, through the analytics tools below.

We use this to understand which ads and posts actually bring people in, to spot problems with the site, and to know roughly where our visitors are — useful information for a truck that decides where to park.

The site uses a small number of cookies and browser-storage entries:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — helps us measure whether our ads work. Meta sets cookies (like _fbp) and receives standard event data. When you submit a form, we also send Meta a server-side confirmation; your contact details in that confirmation are hashed (scrambled) before they leave our server.
• Google Tag Manager / Analytics — anonymous usage statistics like page views and button clicks.
• Our own browser storage — small flags that remember things like "already saw the survey" or "dismissed the banner," plus the ad-campaign tags from the link that brought you here. These stay in your browser.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with data brokers. We share it only with the services that run this site:

• Formspree — processes our form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
• Cloudflare — hosts the site, estimates approximate location from IP addresses, and stores our coupon-claim list.
• Meta — advertising measurement, as described above.
• Google — site analytics, and the calendar that powers our public event schedule.

We may also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it, or to protect the safety of our customers and crew.

Booking requests and survey responses are kept as normal business records. The coupon-claim list is kept so the one-per-customer rule works. If you'd like something deleted sooner, just ask — see below.

• See, fix, or delete your info: email hello@fizzyfixins.com and we'll handle it — no forms, no hoops.
• Ads: you can adjust how Meta uses your data for ads in your Meta ad preferences, and learn about interest-based ads generally at optout.aboutads.info.
• Email: every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out, and replying "unsubscribe" always works too.
• Cookies: block or clear them in your browser — the site still works.

Our drinks are kid-approved, but our website isn't aimed at kids. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Booking and coupon forms are for adults — if you believe a child submitted information to us, email us and we'll delete it.

The site runs over HTTPS, we use reputable providers, and access to submissions is limited to the people who actually plan your event. No system is 100% secure, but we keep the data we hold to the minimum a drink truck needs.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. Meaningful changes will be called out plainly, not buried.
